The Frangipani Suite is a custom designed & finished one-bedroom executive suite located on the Island side of the Villa in the northwest corner, offering beautiful ocean & sunset views from its private balcony. As can be seen from the pictures included with this listing the Frangipani Suite is well-constructed with vaulted beamed ceilings and tile floors and has powerful A/C.

The floorplan features an expansive great room design that integrates the living, eating & kitchen areas to facilitate conversation and entertaining. The furniture is casual & comfortable and includes a large (queen size) sofa-bed for extra sleeping accommodation. The full-height glass doors to the private balcony bring the ocean view and picturesque sunsets right into the great room. The full kitchen has everything necessary for easy meal preparation or serving to generate Caribbean Vacation memories, including an eat-in counter with bar-stool seating and a full complement of appliances, even an ice maker & dispenser, as well as a handy washer/dryer tucked in the corner. The spacious master bedroom provides easy access to the generous bathroom which includes double sinks and a walk-in shower.

All the guests at Hummingbird Beach Hideaway share the use of the huge, gracious Veranda that runs all along the Oceanside of the ground floor of the Villa. This inviting and relaxing 1,600+ sq foot gathering space offers both cool shade and a continuous trade winds breeze while affording an expansive view of the entire beach and the steady soothing sound of the surf on the sand.

Hummingbird Beach Hideaway is happy to accommodate Special Events including weddings, family reunions, management retreats, training programs, yoga retreats, etc. Generally, these events are booked months in advance & will take all of our available residences during their event. And it is worth noting that we can arrange for a large tent on our east lawn area and still have room to park up to 100 cars on the grounds.
